This past weekend I had the chance to visit Mt. Tam for the first time, which is about an hour north of San Francisco and is absolutely stunning, with the most amazing views of the ocean at its peak.
It’s a little chilly at the top, especially at this time of the year, so I layered up in this cream Madewell sweater (25% off right now) and this cozy utility jacket by Velvet (which is more than 50% off off right now)! Black Friday deals/ Cyber Monday deals are so awesome! I am definitely taking advantage of the 25% off everything deal at Madewell! I’ve linked some of my favorites from those sales in my last post.
I’m wearing a pair of my long-time favorite denim by DL1981, which are super flattering on just about any body type. What better time to rock these Timberland boots then up on the mountain? These classic boots are both comfy and supportive, and of course perfect for wintertime adventuring.
I cannot wait to go back and explore gorgeous Mt. Tam. I highly recommend checking it out if you haven’t already!
Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I could live in this black oversized turtleneck from Intermix. I love pairing it with a mini skirts for added warmth and to offset showing too much skin in winter. These over-the-knee boots by Stuart Weitzman also help to keep legs toasty.
Cashmere is my guilty pleasure during fall/ winter time. I don’t mind splurging on cashmere pieces because they’ll last me a decade easily and classic styles never go out of style!
I’ve worn this skirt from Intermix before with a white tie-up blouse from Elizabeth & James during NYFW this past fall and I’ve found this skirt surprisingly very transitional and obviously super cute 😉 I also love wearing this Stella McCartney cross-body with its silver chain detail to edge up this look.
Now I’m off to Thanksgiving dinner with my family! I’m so excited for all the amazing food! My favorite dish is candy yams
This holiday season, burgundy is the new red. Instead of a traditional red lip, I’m rocking a maroon or oxblood pout this fall/winter. For a really gorgeous contrast, I love mixing all of these scarlett and wine colored shades with blush and pink pigments on the cheeks. These tones can instantly add some glam to your holiday look. This combination will be my go-to for upcoming holiday festivities!
